Information we collect

When you request a free analysis, contact us, or submit a redesign-start request, we may collect the website address, name, email address, business name, preferred project timing, message, scan results, and time of the request. The automated analysis reviews publicly available pages and technical signals from the website you submit.

Website Care clients may also have an account containing a business name, contact name, email, website, subscription status, billing-period dates, support requests, and the number of included changes used. Review invitations collect the name, role, rating, written feedback, and the client’s choice about public permission.

When a business client uses the CTRL+ALT Growth Hub, CtrlAltRedesign may process that client’s customer or lead information on the business’s behalf. Depending on the approved setup, this may include a name, email address, phone number, appointment or request details, message history, delivery status, and opt-out status.

How we use information

We use this information to provide requested scans, reply to inquiries, deliver project and account emails, manage Website Care requests, provide approved lead management, booking, follow-up, review-request, and reporting services, improve the service, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. We do not sell personal information or add scan and contact-form users to an unrelated mailing list.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. CtrlAltRedesign does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank-login credentials. Stripe may collect information under its own privacy policy to process payments, prevent fraud, issue receipts, and provide its secure billing portal.

Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to operate the service, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, databases, and automated analysis; Resend for transactional email; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; Google services when checking public website performance, measuring website use, or measuring advertising results; and approved customer-management, booking, email, text, phone, analytics, or automation platforms used to deliver Growth Hub services. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.

Growth Hub client responsibilities

The business client decides the lawful purpose for contacting its leads and customers and is responsible for an appropriate privacy notice, required consent, accurate contact information, and honoring opt-out requests. Clients must not place payment-card data, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive or regulated information into ordinary forms or workflows unless a separate protected configuration is approved in writing.

Analytics and cookies

CtrlAltRedesign records limited, first-party events such as a pricing-page visit, a scan start, a report unlock, or a completed contact form. These events are used to understand whether the site is helpful and are designed not to include the visitor’s email address or full IP address. The client portal uses browser storage to keep a temporary sign-in session on that device.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and your consent

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and actions such as starting a website scan or submitting a contact request. Optional Google Ads conversion tracking helps us understand whether an advertisement led to a scan, contact request, or paid Website Care subscription. Depending on your choice and browser, Google may receive information such as the page URL, device and browser details, approximate location derived from the IP address, consent status, advertising click identifiers, and the conversion action. We do not intentionally send the website address entered into the scanner, contact-form text, name, email address, or full payment details to Google through these tracking events.

Google tracking is optional. The site begins with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied. You may choose “Allow all,” “Analytics only,” or “Essential only” in the privacy panel. Google tags load only for the categories you allow. Your choice is saved in browser storage so the site can remember it. You can reopen “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the screen and change the selection at any time. Choosing essential only does not prevent scans, forms, checkout, or the client portal from working.

Google processes this information under its own privacy terms and the retention settings of the connected Google properties. Advertising identifiers and related disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws even though CtrlAltRedesign does not sell personal information for money. Selecting “Essential only” stops optional Google Analytics and Google Ads tags from loading on future pages in that browser.

Retention and security

Temporary scan previews expire automatically. Contact, client, lead, appointment, message, opt-out, review, billing-status, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the business. When a Growth Hub plan ends, access may cease and retention or export options depend on the connected provider, so business clients should request supported exports before cancellation. Administrative access is restricted, sensitive credentials are encrypted as platform secrets, and card data stays with Stripe. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons. A review remains private unless the reviewer expressly allows publication, and public permission can be withdrawn by contacting us. You may also change optional website tracking at any time through the “Privacy choices” control.

Children and changes

This business service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
